The Draft Constitution of the
Zuid-Afrikaansche Boer Republics (ZABR)
16 February 2026
Introduction by the Temporary Advisory Board (TAR)
The Temporary Advisory Council of the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boer Republics (ZABR), on behalf of the living Boervolk, collectively united under the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boervolk, hereby introduces the draft Constitution of the ZABR. This document is a testimony to our theocratic foundation and a return to the principles of our ancestors. It is not a man-made system, but a call to live in unity and peace under the guidance of Almighty Heavenly Father, as a people set apart to Him. We invite all Boer compatriots to study this concept and consider it in prayer, so that our fortress can stand Rock solid.

The draft Constitution of the Zuid-AfrikaanscheBoer Republics promotes a theocratic-socialist system, based on the full Word of Almighty Heavenly Father, socialist principles of welfare and separate development for autonomous peoples.
- Theocratic-Socialist Foundation: The Constitution is theocratic-socialist, with the Almighty Heavenly Father's Word as Supreme Authority as the only Bill of Rights. Socialist principles ensure equality, welfare, and common responsibility among the people, without man-made ideologies or inequality.
- Administration:
- Temporary Advisory Council: The transitional administration that carries out the mandate and serves the people until full implementation of the Constitution.
- People's Court (Volkshof): Based on the Boervolk's common and customary law with a judiciary according to biblical principles, with the Almighty Heavenly Father as Supreme Authority.
- People's Council (Volksraad): The representative council for popular decisions and cultural legislation.
- Council of Judges (Raad van Rigters): Theocratic oversight of constitutional observance and jurisprudence according to Scriptural principles.
- Sovereignty and International Law: The ZABR recognises all the historical republics and the Boervolk's inherent right to self-determination, distancing themselves from unlawful annexation by and assimilation with other groups.
- Cultural and Identity Protection: Focus on the Boer's language, trust in Almighty Heavenly Father, Vows, language, and way of life as a separate people, in harmony with neighbours.
This concept is a call to unity and trust in the Almighty Heavenly Father – a stronghold for our descendants.
