People's Court

Zuid-Afrikaanshe Boer Republics

People's Court

(Volkshof)

 Purpous

The ZABR Volkshof is a de facto institution established by the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boervolk (ZAB), resulting from the ZAB Declaration of Independence of "100 Man" which reflects the collective will, values and traditions, to serve the cultural and administrative needs of the people. Based on the theocratic-socialist principles of the concept ZABR Constitution, such as the complete Word of Almighty Heavenly Father (Leviticus 25:23, Proverbs 16:33), and inspired by the Vows of ancestors at Blood River and Paardekraal, the People's Court aims to preserve and promote the historical cultural identity, language, traditions and heritage of the Boervolk. This is in line with international frameworks such as the UNPFII and the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP, 2007), which recognize collective rights such as self-determination and cultural preservation.

Function

Historical Cultural Mediation: The Volkshof serves as a mediation body for disputes within the ZAB community related to traditional practices, ceremonies, and heritage planning, guided by the principle of "do no harm" (Common Law) and biblical principles, without exercising judicial authority outside of the ZAB.

Administrative Overview: It provides guidance for internal processes, including the organization of celebrations (e.g., Thanksgiving). Vow Day, Annex C – draft Constitution), management of cultural registers (Chapter II – draft Constitution), and support of community projects for collective prosperity (Chapter II, Article 5 – draft Constitution), in line with socialist equality.

Consultative Consultation: The People's Court functions as a forum for community input on cultural policy, in collaboration with the People's Council and Council of Judges, and respects the inherent rights and dignity of all ZAB members, based on "Pravo naroda" (collective rights).

Training and Conservation: It supports the training of younger generations in historical cultural traditions and the documentation of narratives, as an expression of Divine Stewardship (Appendix G – draft Constitution).

Performance

Processes: The People's Court acts through informal meetings, mediation sessions and consensus decisions (lot/vote/referendum), led by a council of cultural representatives selected by the ZAB community, with the casting of the lot (Appendix F – draft Constitution) as a biblical method where appropriate.

Boundaries: His actions are limited to internal ZAB affairs and have no authority over individuals or entities outside the cultural framework of the ZABR. Decisions are not binding outside the ZAB context, respect national law, and focus on harmony and prosperity within the theocratic-socialist vision.

Transparency: All actions and decisions are documented and reported to the community at the Volksraad's annual meeting (Chapter VI, Section 10(e) – draft Constitution) for openness and accountability.

Cooperation: The People's Court cooperates with the People's Council, Council of Judges and the Special Land Commission (Appendix G - draft Constitution) where land-related matters come into play, and promotes social cohesion through Common Law's principle of mutual respect.

Concluding remark

The ZABR People's Court, established on 12 June 2025 after confirmation of the ZAB Declaration of Independence of "100 Man" as a declaration of historical inherent birthright and will, is a historically cultural administrative body that strengthens the unity and identity of the Boervolk. Based on the theocratic-socialist system of the draft ZABR Constitution, it protects the nation's historical cultural heritage from unjust exploitation. It serves as a means to uphold the ZAB's values, in harmony with the broader South African society.

Establishment of the People's Court

of the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boer Republics

 (People's Law, Common Law Court)

The Zuid-Afrikaansche Boervolk (ZAB), represented by "100" peoples, reflecting the collective will, values and customs of all the peoples, establishes the Volkshof van die Zuid-Afrikaansche Boer Republieke (ZABR). A judicial and Legal institution (mediation body) that functions under the principles of People's Law, ("Narodnoe pravo") Judicial Natural Law and Common Law. This initiative was undertaken to provide a solution for every Boer and Boer woman worldwide who have become aware of their status as fictitious entities, subjected to a corrupt system of government and with admiralty courts. The People's Court of the ZABR and the ZAB are competent to deal with their own cases. The ZABR is in their own jurisdiction (internal affairs) collectively also in the jurisdiction of the International Common Law Court.

After declaring themselves to be living individuals and refusing to agree to the existing judicial framework, folk fellows join the People's Law and Common Law of the People's Court, which is based on universal and natural legal principles as determined by the Almighty Creator of heaven and earth. This alignment serves to protect them from unjust and illegal exploitation.

The central principle of common law is the principle of "do no harm," which requires that every living man and woman refrain from causing loss, injury, or harm to others. This principle emphasizes the importance of respect for the inherent rights, dignity, will, and well-being of every man, woman, or child in the society of the ZABR, including all peaceful nations living in any of the Boer Republics.

Common law is not simply a theoretical construct; It is an organic system that permeates everyday life, facilitating social cohesion and mutual respect. It can be compared to the foundational roots that sustain human communities by unconditionally upholding the fundamental rights and well-being of all individuals, especially in the face of destabilizing forces that threaten these natural freedoms.

The extension and application of Common Law to all areas of life involves challenging arbitrary authority and promoting a legal system based on precedent, custom, and the necessity of non-harm. The widespread adoption of Common Law by the majority of humanity, makes it a viable and enforceable framework, dependent on its consistent practice by a sufficient number of individuals.

Finally, the People's Court of the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boer Republics represents a legally robust system rooted in precedent, custom, and the principle of non-harm. By adhering to these fundamental principles, the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boervolk can contribute to the establishment of a just and equitable society within the 21 Boer Republics, where the rights, will and interests of all inhabitants are protected.

"Pravo naroda", – or the people's rights, refers to the collective rights held by a community or group, rather than individual rights. These rights include self-determination (the right to determine one's political status), cultural preservation (the right to maintain one's language and culture), collective ownership (the right to own and manage land and resources collectively), and protection against discrimination (to ensure that one's rights are respected and protected).

These collective rights are recognized in several international instruments, such as the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, which affirms the importance of recognizing and protecting the rights of indigenous and minority groups.

"Pravo naroda" is a term used to describe the collective rights of a people, emphasizing their right to determine for themselves what their political, economic, and social development will be. It encompasses the idea that a people has the right to govern themselves and to make decisions about what affects the people regarding their lives.

Declaration of the People's Court

of the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boer Republics

(People's Law, Common Law Court)

12 Junie 2025

To all living men and women, we are hereby united and submit this declaration of the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boer Republics (ZABR) Volkshof to the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boervolk (ZAB) for preservation for all time.

We, the Boervolk, have inherent birthright and a will instituted by our Creator, which protects us from harm, loss and injury to others. The Boervolk's men, women and children have been subjected for years to criminal and fraudulent behaviour and actions by the state which have been forced upon us against our will through both criminal coercion and fraud through statutory legislation and admiralty courts. Fear and fiction bound us into bondage.

The foreign state, nationally and internationally, committed attacks, injustices, murders, robberies, theft, illegal imprisonment, and countless other enormous abuses against the Boervolk, sparing no one because of age, gender, or position. To this robbery, massacre and plunder, the mendacious name "Government", they deprived the Boer people of their freedom and called it "progress".

We, the People of the Boervolk, can no longer endure these misdeeds on our loved ones and personal freedoms. We hereby affirm our inherent right and will to stand under the Common Law jurisdiction of the People's Court of the ZABR. As it is, based on the timeless laws that govern the behavior of our people and were instituted by our Almighty Creator in ancient times, maintained and cherished by our ancestors as they built our nation. The People's Court will present it to any Compatriot without delay.

We learn from the Vows of our ancestors, which were made and maintained at Blood River, Paardekraal, and other historical events, we hereby declare that, so long as only a hundred fellow-folk remain alive, The Boervolk will never be brought under any conditions and obligatory rule. In fact, it is not for glory, wealth or honour that our people are fighting for, but for national freedom – for that alone, which no honourable person can and will give up, but with life itself.

This declaration was signed by a representation of men and women who stand as the ZAB, united under the People's Act, Common Law Jurisdiction of the People's Court of the ZABR.

Ratified on June 12, 2025 by The People's Court of The ZABR under the People's Act, Common Law Jurisdiction recorded by the ZAB for preservation for all time and future generations.

The ZABR is a cultural administrative body and its initiatives are focused on the preservation of Boer heritage, in accordance with South African laws.
