Why is it essential to restore your status?

The ZABR ID and the Restoration of Status process are of profound and vital importance to the ZA Boervolk. It represents much more than just an administrative document — it is a public and symbolic statement that Compatriots is detaching themself from the corrupt, fraudulent statutory system of the RSA, which has failed its own citizens.

This is the act by which Compatriots deliberately join the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boervolk, administered by the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boer Republics, with the sole purpose of achieving self-determination of our nation as a collective and of being a People for her Almighty. The ZABR ID symbolizes unity and a new beginning as a people.

The Restoration of Status is a spiritual as well as a physical act, based on the Spiritual foundation of the historical Boervolk. This is how ZA Boerfolk family’s side with the people who isolate themselves and seek refuge with the Almighty Heavenly Father. Through this process, Compatriots affirm their covenants with Him and place their primary Covenant relationship with the Heavenly Father above any earthly system. The Restoration of Status process also reminds us of our origins and our responsibility as a people.

The ZABR ID serves as a visible symbol of this unity, allegiance and status restored. By carrying the ZABR ID, Compatriots of the ZA Boervolk declare not only who they are, but also who they are no longer, and to which people they belong with conviction and respect.

Legality of the Restoration of Status Process

The Restoration of Status process — also known as emancipation — is not an action outside the RSA system but is ironically made possible by their own legislation. These are set up within their own framework, are recognized by their institutions, and therefore cannot be legally opposed. This makes the process, according to their own terms, fully legally valid.

Once the documentation restoring your status has been served at several RSA State Departments, and thirty days have passed without opposition, you are recognized as a sovereign living man or woman. This sovereignty brings with it an important legal implication: as a sovereign, their courts have no jurisdiction over you as a living man or woman. You may then appear only in your own People's Court, under the law of your people, where Common Law and Customary Law are applied—a higher authority than the commercial/admiralty law that prevails in their courts.

When your Status is restored as a living soul and makes the choice to join the South African Boervolk, you will be placed on record in the South African Boer Republic's Volksregister and you will be provided with a ZABR ID. To protect our nation and as our history has proven to us, not everyone who says they are Boer necessarily bears the fruit of the Boer tree. Thus, there are certain guidelines that must be met in order to obtain admission to the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boervolk as contained in the draft ZABR Constitution. One is e.g. that your Status should be Restored. As you work through the information documents, the other guidelines will be clear to you as well.

Concluding Thoughts

Restoring Status (Request form) is a serious matter and an act of self-recognition, freedom and legal correctness. You take responsibility for who you are, what you stand for, and the heritage that belongs to you. You take responsibility to your people, posterity, and your Almighty Creator, because that is how He created you. Not as a slave to a money power or a fictitious legal entity.

Surely there is enough information here now to point out to you the tip of the iceberg. However, what lies beneath it is far more than can ever be uncovered. The fact remains, we as ordinary innocent people, are trapped by this dark and evil agenda in a sea FULL of icebergs while we don't realize it yet. Now that you can also identify the tip of this iceberg, the question is: How do we fare around them to get into safe waters?

To get out of this sea full of icebergs, first of all, your Status must be restored: from a dead straw man (allcaps name & surname, a person) to the living man/woman (as whom you were created). However, this is just the beginning of the process of starting to sail out among the icebergs, otherwise you'll still be drifting with the current.

When you begin this process and have restored your Status as a Boer, you are still on your own among the icebergs, unless you become part of the Volksbeweging that is focused on helping her "ships" to safer waters. As an individual, it is virtually impossible to fight against the Statutory powers. It doesn't help you want to try to explain your rights to the agent along the way. He has been placed in a position of power that he cannot necessarily handle. Or if you want to defend yourself as a living man or woman in the Statutory Courts, and you don't do it right, you're going to GET BAD 2ND. That is why we declare ourselves a sovereign people outside of their system.

The Boervolk must gather in a unit, where the people's voice can be heard and her interests are put first. The Boervolk have already awakened, they just need to be united in unity.

What does the word self-determination mean? Exactly what it says: SELF-determination. The Boervolk must have SELF control of their future. This is where we have always made the mistake in the past; we allowed self-appointed foreigners and traitors from the ranks of the people to act ON behalf of the Boervolk. These need to be stopped and addressed.

With the signed Declaration of Independence of "100 men", this process has already begun, as well as the establishment of the Zuid-Afrikaanche Boer Republics' (ZABR) Temporary Advisory Council, Volksraad and an Executive Council, which will handle the ZAB's affairs in the service of the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boervolk (ZAB), appointed by the Boervolk. With a mandate and with authority, the voice of the people, every little boat floating around in this sea full of icebergs, can help to calm waters.
