Why is it essential to restore your status?

In the current system of the so-called "RSA Incorporated", the state functions as a fictitious entity, based on statutory jurisdiction. This system applies only to legal entities — not to living man or woman. Why you need to restore status?

When you restore your status, you again act as a sovereign living man or woman in the rightful sovereign jurisdiction of the ZABR. You regain your birthright and declare your political status, so that it is recorded on the public record. This record is permanent, and it unequivocally confirms who you are and what nation you belong to. Furthermore, by participating in their elections, being a voter, or becoming a member of a political party, you agree to their jurisdiction. It reaffirms your status as a federal or statutory citizen of the RSA Inc., and you forfeit your restored birthright status. You also agree to their political system and by participating, you accept the "rules of the game". You can't complain if the "other team" wins, they simply played the "game better".

The Truth About Your Birthright

The documentation submitted with your status restoration does not create a contract with the ZABR. The ZABR only administers the sovereignty of Boervolk. You voluntarily join the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boervolk and re-enter the status of a sovereign compatriot. No one is forcing you, and no one is stopping you if you decide to revert to a statutory system.

Choice and responsibility

You may then appear only in your own People's Court, under the law of your people, where Common Law and Customary Law are applied—a higher authority than the commercial/admiralty law that prevails in their courts.

Surely there is enough information here now to point out to you the tip of the iceberg. However, what lies beneath it is far more than can ever be uncovered. The fact remains, we as ordinary innocent people, are trapped by this dark and evil agenda in a sea FULL of icebergs while we don't realize it yet. What does the word self-determination mean? Exactly what it says: SELF-determination. The Boervolk must have SELF control of their future. This is where we have always made the mistake in the past; we allowed self-appointed foreigners and traitors from the ranks of the people to act ON behalf of the Boervolk. These need to be stopped and addressed.

With the signed Declaration of Independence of "100 men", this process has already begun, as well as the establishment of the Zuid-Afrikaanche Boer Republics' (ZABR) Temporary Advisory Council, Volksraad and an Executive Council, which will handle the ZAB's affairs in the service of the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boervolk (ZAB), appointed by the Boervolk. With a mandate and with authority, the voice of the people, every little boat floating around in this sea full of icebergs, can help to calm waters.
