To: To the Boervolk and all movements that bears our name, in the name of the Almighty.

Issued by the Temporary Advisory Council (TAR) on behalf of the living Boevolk, collectively united under the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boervolk (ZAB), administered by the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boer Republics (ZABR).

Declaration:

The Temporary Advisory Council of the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boer Republics, acting in terms of the mandate conferred by the Declaration of Independence of "100 Men" of 12 July 2025, hereby solemnly and unequivocally makes the following declaration on behalf of the living Boervolk:

1. Restoration of Status

We hereby restore the historical, inherent and sovereign status of the Boervolk as a free, self-reliant and indigenous people. We reject any administrative, statutory or political absorption in the Republic of South Africa (INC.) since the invalid annexation of 1902.

2. Rejection of Unlawful Jurisdiction

The ZA Boervolk does not recognise any supposed citizenship, power of attorney, contract or jurisdiction placed on us without full, voluntary and informed consent. We are not slaves to any statutory system, corporation, or administrative fiction.

3. Affirmation of Higher Authority

Our status, identity and international law are not based on human laws, but on the Word of Almighty Heavenly Father, the Vows of our ancestors and the historical international law of the Boervolk. We plead only with Him for our freedom, sovereignty and self-determination.

4. Collective Reaffirmation

We declare ourselves a living, organic people who reaffirm our rights, identity, culture and territory under the administration of the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boer Republics (ZABR). All compatriots who join this process act in accordance with this collective declaration.

Reservation of Rights

All statements herein are made solely in the legitimate interest, dignity and protection of the Boervolk themselves.

In accordance with established Common Law maxims and internationally accepted legal principles, where no lawful harm, injury or proven victim exists, no lawful cause of action arises. Accordingly, no jurisdiction or adverse legal inference may be lawfully attached without a properly established and lawful cause of action.
