Prepared by the Temporary Advisory Counsil of the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boer Republics (ZABR), on behalf of the Zuid-Afrikaansche Boervolk (ZAB).

1. Purpose of This Card

This card confirms that the bearer identifies as a living compatriot of the historic Boervolk and proceeds under a peaceful, lawful, white-flag process.

The card records cultural and historical standing only. It is used for peaceful identification, ZA Boervolk affiliation, lawful notice, internal recordkeeping, and calm communication.

2. Important Disclaimer

This card is a private cultural, status, and lawful-notice record. It is not an RSA statutory identity document and does not replace it, passport, driver’s licence, firearm licence, police credential, security credential, statutory permit, or claim of statutory exemption. It is also not a claim of diplomatic immunity.

3. ZA Boervolk Affiliation

The bearer is affiliated with the ZA Boervolk, also known as the historic Boervolk and participates in a peaceful lawful process focused on:

  • heritage;
  • family protection;
  • cultural standing;
  • lawful record;
  • self-governance;
  • peaceful communication;
  • no fraud, coercion, or third-party interference.

Where appointed, the bearer may act as a ZA Boervolk Diplomatic Representative or Peaceful Diplomatic Liaison for purposes of communication, recordkeeping, clarification, and lawful notice only.

4. Lawful Notice

The bearer does not waive any natural, lawful, family, property, cultural, historical, administrative, evidentiary, or procedural rights.

No consent is given to:

  • fraud;
  • coercion;
  • misrepresentation;
  • hidden agency;
  • unlawful seizure;
  • forced third-party representation;
  • any presumption of abandoned status.

The bearer proceeds in peace, honour, good faith, and without violence, threat, fraud, coercion, or harm.

5. Request for Proof of Authority

Any person, officer, agent, institution, corporation, state office, or third-party claiming authority, jurisdiction, debt, command, control, seizure, enforcement, or representation over the bearer is respectfully requested to provide:

  • clear proof of lawful authority;
  • full disclosure of the basis of the claim;
  • the name and capacity of the living man or woman responsible;
  • the source of the alleged jurisdiction;
  • the record, order, warrant, contract, statute, policy, or instruction relied upon;
  • a lawful remedy process if any dispute exists.

This request is made peacefully. It is not a refusal to communicate. It is a request for clarity, lawful record, and accountability.

6. Voluntary Registration and Internal Record

This card is linked to a voluntary ZABR Volksrigister record.

This does not create a statutory population register. It records private cultural standing, lawful notice, and ZA Boervolk affiliation only.

Affiliation must be voluntary. No one may be forced, pressured, or misled.

Internal recordkeeping protects the credibility of the card system and prevents misuse, false claims, or uncontrolled copies.

7. Correct Use of This Card

This card may be used for:

  • peaceful identification;
  • cultural standing;
  • explaining ZA Boervolk affiliation;
  • private meetings;
  • voluntary community registration;
  • ZABR internal recordkeeping;
  • calm lawful notice;
  • supporting a one-page bearer status certificate.

The card must not be used to threaten, obstruct, impersonate, provoke conflict, refuse lawful safety instructions, or misrepresent itself as a statutory document.

The card is a record and notice tool, not a weapon.

8. Short Statement to Authorities

The bearer declares the following:

I am not refusing to communicate. I am asking that any claimed authority, jurisdiction, debt, instruction, control, or representation be clearly identified, fully disclosed, and placed on lawful record.

9. Formal notice

All documents and notices regarding individual Restoration of Status refers to an official notice of record to the RSA Government, reference number: ZABR_RSA_004_STATUS

10. Final Statement

The bearer proceeds in peace, honour, good faith, and without violence, threat, fraud, coercion, or harm.

Any claim of authority, jurisdiction, command, control, debt, seizure, enforcement, or representation must be properly identified, disclosed, and placed on lawful record.
